flex queue is literally a joke, ruined by people that shouldnt be playing ranked yet

I have played roughly twenty flex queue matches in the passed few days and every single match has been ruined 100% by afks and inters its a joke i dont understand it. i havent seen one person on a team in my flex matches that takes the match even semi seriously. I actually get better teamates in normals if that is even believable. its very frustrating to be constantly matched with afkers in ranked play should not be allowed at all ive checked the op.gg of some of these players and honestly they shouldnt even be playing ranked in any form let alone flex queue and completely ruining the game for everyone else that is actually putting in effort towards climbing but every single lp earned is lost ten fold by means completely out of your own personal control. i play alot and ranked silver last year and maintain around a 60-70% winrate in normals and in flex que i have a 20% winrate and im getting S grades in my matches its literally impossible to carry someone afk and another who is 0/12 or a sup that is 0/5 within the first 5 minutes. i know for a fact i am not the only person experiencing this either because i see constant qq in my games from other teamates and ppl begging to report their teamates which we all know does absolutely nothing. I decided to start my ranked play this season in flex queue and do my matches to warm up for solo queue and i highly regret it. its not even remotely enjoyable or fun to play with constant afk and int. everyone has bad games i get it but the ratio is off the charts i have not seen anything this bad in the entire time i have been playing league. ive had blind picks be more competitive and fun hands down and that should not be the case.
