what could Shen's Q do better?
i feel like this is where the crux of his problems are, it's simply too unreliable as an ability for how single target oriented his kit.
two ideas come to mind
you could make it so Q is a toggle between physical and magic damage instead of pulling the sword to himself; i strongly dislike the tether mechanic, myself, but it's currently necessary for his Q and his W right now. possibly, make it so his regular sword has some sort of scaling on-hit (health scaling?), where the magic damage has a stronger base or keeps its % damage but doesn't scale beyond levels. I'm not sure if he's intended to be strong at 1v1 but I always fancied him better as a tanky fighter than a full tank
or.. make him swing in a half-circle AoE in front of him with his enhance autos. doesn't make him any better at dueling, but lets him be a little more influential in teamfights if he hits multiple people with a taunt
