Runes and Mastery Organization

Yeah I'm one of those obsessive organizers! I created rune pages and mastery pages as I learned new toons. Now I find I have a ton of runes and mastery pages. I would like to be able to grab and move say,, mastery or rune page 5 and move it to page one without having to delete and remake a bunch of pages. I'd appreciate someone getting this to the right place if this isn't the place to submit it. I searched around and didn't find a suggestion box. Maybe u should have one of those also.
