I asked Riot why my honor level doesn't raise at all. I'm not sure if I agree here

So from the start of this season my honor level doesn't raise at all. I'm still on level 2, step 3. And I know my friends are level 3 or 4 so I started to wonder what is going on. Last season I had lvl5, I was never punished in any way, I play a lot, got honored quite a lot (even if I didn't Riot once said it's possible to raise honor even if you are not honored by teammates). So I wrote to Riot support if there is something wrong and I got this answer:

_ 1 - Mute and Ignore players that just ruin your in-game experience. Don't let them insult you for 10 minutes and then retaliate back using insults, this if fighting fire with fire and it is not tolerated. Most players get punished because they chose to respond back, becoming guilty of violating the Summoner’s Code just as well as the player that first started the situation. You can also mute pings now so you know. _

_ 2 - This a bit of a personal one, try playing with friends. In my case it brought me back to the game and since they are your friends, frustrating situations usually become hilarious cases. _

 _3 - Take a break in-between games, go and eat something or smoke a cigarette (if you are a smoker, if you are not, then please do not start smoking). It is important to refresh our minds whenever something stresses us so that we can come back fresh and with a clear mind.

I can't find the Brand game but I found Thresh one. It was over 4 months ago. In February. So a game from February still affect my honor level? Even if I wasn't punished? That's a bit harsh I think I do not think these logs are so bad, but I guess someone reported me and system flagged this as viable, so it's ok. I would still like to tell you what happened there because even if they were played so long ago I remember what was going on there (yeah, I'm amazed too)

Game 1 When I play Brand support I like to take barrier, of course I got flamed for this, that's why I called someone a summ spell expert. Maybe it was Twitch if I muted him later on. I like to inform if someone is muted so he won't waste anymore time on writing to me or ping spam me. I don't know, maybe it's a bad habit. I will try to stop that. Of course someone flamed Twitch for dying in a gank, not looking at the map, so I wrote that maybe he hide it. That could be mean. We were loosing hard, only me and Poppy have good scores and it was a 4v5 game. AFK in enemy, so I asked if we are opening, I don't know, maybe someone here were trolling? First surrender vote, so I wrote "yes". Of course I got flamed, that I'm the worst and deal 0 dmg. So I wrote that it's a 4v5 game and we have 3 members with 1/4, 1/5 and 1/6 scores. When I heard another time that I deal no dmg I asked jax to see dmg charts after game.

Game 2 Graves was flaming someone in the lobby and then in game, so I asked if want's to lose a game. I lagged, pinged it a lot yet my adc still goes in and when I'm unable to help I got flamed. After a while I went top or mid. Not to troll, but to support other lane, of course Graves didn't like it, and I got flamed again. Then we were ARAMing in midlane, minions pushing to us, so I wrote that apparently we are opening side lanes. I get that it may seem unclear, sorry.

I would like to tell you that I was really unsure if I should post it here. Riot support tries to help players and posts like mine may seem like I'm aggressive, like I use it against them. I am really not. I appreciate your hard work, dealing with toxing players on daily basis. I just wish games form few months ago wouldn't affect my honor level so much that it doesn't raise at all even if I were never punished for them or for anything else. Or maybe there are more recent games that I wrote something bad in? I try not to but it's possible. Well I wished there would be a bar in player profile that would show how much until your honor levels up. I could then at least see some progress and/or degress (is that a word?). Ok, so now that I got it out of my chest I want to say sorry if I was mean and ruined a game for someone. I will try to not argue and mute flamers. Thanks
