How does it work exactly?
If i gain the 5% increased damage for 5 seconds, what happens when the 5 seconds end? Is it a matter of simply stepping back and then back into view for it to be available again?

Wat. I've always assumed it starts building up over 5 seconds and then as long as you don't leave combat it remains there...?
Kinda. After the 5 seconds end, you will only deal regular damage if you stay in combat towards your enemy.
You have to be out of combat for battle trance refresh for you're next trade.
Just keep on eye on your debuff list to know when battle trance is not up.
the question is who the fk would use that? entire teamfight ends in 5 seconds
