I Feel Like Vlad's W Should Slightly Increase Movement Speed (And Other QoL Changes)
Title.
It feels like his escape/engage spell, and sometimes I feel like I move slower when I'm in my pool. Maybe have his W not have decaying MS boost, and just be a MS Boost for the whole duration.
Vlad's new E is fine; love the feel and the build up to the powerful E burst and slow, but I feel like early game takes out too much health when you charge it all the way, and sometimes the only way to land your poke is to charge it up all the way to get the slow, then land the Q. Even when using it for farming, it feels like you just got done with a trade.
I like how the Q ramps up to do more damage, but the cooldown should be lower at rank 1. It is his main healing/poke tool, but it just feels really long, especially without any CDR. Two or three seconds should be enough. That or make Crimson Rush MS boost last longer. It lasts for half a second, by which time the enemy laner already knows what's gonna happen, and your speed boost is gone. Making the boost last for half of Crimson Rush's amplified Q duration shouldn't be too bad.
Now for his Ultimate. Nothing changed about it, other than the fact that it heals you when the mark detonates, but I'm sure we can agree about the fact that its damage is rather poor. A small increase in ult damage, 50 (to be 200/300/400), shouldn't be too bad. Maybe add a decaying initial slow when you throw it down.
To Summarize: Give W MS Boost for whole duration Lower self health cost on E Give Q lower rank 1 CD OR Giving longer MS Boost during Crimson Rush Give R small damage increase and/or initial placement slow
