Zoe Changes?
I don't play vs Zoe often but from like videos I've seen she doesn't look healthy at all. I like her R, it looks fun and the low CD on it makes her very unique as does her W. The issue I see is with her Q and E I think the base damage needs to go waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay down, and perhaps increase the scaling on that absurd ability, it just does way too much damage. She gets one item and she will chunk the crap out of you. It's on a super low CD too so she can just try again with her ult if she misses which is the beauty of her character, it makes her unique and fun. But something that can just be pumped out like that shouldn't be so... oppressive. Also, I think that the damage should just be flat, the fact you can recast it to make awesome vel'koz angles in conjunction with your ult is a gift in itself. Increasing the damage to that ability for distance traveled is too op in combination with her entire kit. Laning against her isn't too hard (its one of those things where you cant make even one positioning mistake tho or you'll get fucked), but I'm low elo and I've only done it a few times. It's clear how you can dodge it however, I think she shines in picks and skirmishes. It's just when I see people die to her, I'm like .... wth was that. And her E I think it should either make it so that it EITHER doesn't create a trap OR it doesn't get the extended range from going through walls
I'm probably bitching and I hope that the ideas I brought forward wouldn't gut her (I'm no expert in gameplay development) but I think that she needs tweaking and if anyone has constructive ideas about what could be toned down, it would be cool to talk about.
