Should I get ezreal?
I play a lot of Ashe but she is immobile and has no escapes or gap closers. I'm thinking of getting a person that is safe and can put out a lot of damage. And has a gap closer. I'm thinking of ezreal.

If you are high gold or more, yes, if you are gold 4 or less then no.
The reason is that ezreal is a poke champion, you are better off running and shooting from far away, thing is, on low elo people barely peel for the adc, so all it takes is one enemy to go crazy after you and you'll be out of the teamfight in a matter of miliseconds and won't be able to contribute much damage which is kind of the job of an ADC anyway.
There's also the issue that his most optimal build lacks early damage, so if you're bad at csing you'll drop behind more easily than with any other ADC.
Also, Ezreal doesn't have a gap closer, Ezreal has an instant escape... think about that for a while.
Get Lucian. Ezrael is not a good pick every game and has mana problems.
ask yourself: do you like lesbians?
if yes, then buy ezreal.
if not, then still buy ezreal because he's one of the most independent adcs in the game. if you are better than your opponent. understand when you are strong/weak he is one of the best adcs to play in solo queue because it doesn't matter how bad your team is or if you fall a little behind. you are always relevant if you know how to play him.
