Just go ahead and disable stormrazor from aram before release

Dark harvest is already extremely overbearing on champs who synergize well with burst. Even more overbearing on champs who synergize with sheen, a little more with duskblade users, and will be even more overbearing with a stormrazor thrown on top.

A DECENT dark harvest game is going to bring you 6k damage on its own and we really dont need this game mode to be owned more than it is by items and runes.
