Is Shen's E Hitbox Being Fixed In 6.3?

I might be mistaken, but I recall a rioter saying the hitbox fix was being addressed this patch, but there's no word of it in the patch notes. If it has been hotfixed already let me know since I may just not have been following the issue accurately.
