League is a team game, that requires a lot of team communication and cooperation. How can players really do this without voice chat. Right now teams that can speak to each other have a huge advantage over teams that cant. Simple things like "we can fight this" or "don't fight them" or "we can baron three of them are dead and one is bot they cant contest", having to stop and type this, and hope your team reads it literally make the game more difficult, and frustrating. Voice chat will allow you to know when someone is intentionally feeding and when they really don't know what they are doing, it will allow more experienced players to teach the newer ones what to do and when to do it. Best league lessons I had was from someone on a mic saying we can't do this now for this reason, or we need to do this now for that reason etc.
