What's the status on the Warwick rework Riot?

A while back there were some "Warwick rework" files on PBE. I thought that meant his update was coming soon, but I have not heard anything since. I want to try him out, but if he is going to be changed, then I would prefer waiting before buying him (even if he's only 450 IP).
