Dear Riot

I've been playing League of Legends for three years now or about since season four, one of my favorite champions, Kalista, although has been bugging me a lot lately. I believe that you all need to find a way to make her viable again. No matter how much i practice, kite, or outplay I always fall behind regardless of how ahead my cs is. I love kalista and she is most likely my favorite play style except for vayne; although unlike vayne, kalista doesn't even scale into the late game. Thank you for you time and please consider giving Kalista some type of buff. I know that you are all busy working on balancing the champions that need it more, but I'm sure that many people would appreciate some attention to the champions that are currently un-playable.
