Please Riot I'm begging you, Do something with Lucian!

Please, please do something with Lucian. I understand that things are never cut and dry with balance. But this nightmare has to end. He is so bad. I'm not even talking about his Ult bug that has made him unplayable as of late. I just mean that he needs a rework that makes him not reliant on changes to the game as a whole and items to be useful. Lucian is a great champ, he is fun that's not really up for debate. But, no matter what we see people asking why he is so weak were not for recent changes to ADC items, some of which are being nerfed, rightfully so I might add. But, non the less hurt Lucian more than other ADCs and threaten to gut him all over gain. Then we have to opposition always barking the same tired irreverent points out of spite that a champ they don't might get better. Lets please just be real and not act like we don't all know Lucian has a problem. If he was as balanced as you say you wouldn't see hundreds of posts here and on reddit every month about how something is wrong. The shift in strength to his ult to make it more late game and his one truly damaging spell that just falls off late game. His basically useless W and an E that use to have 50% of his kits utility that was stripped away. The upcoming and the Ferver of battle nerfs as well. This has to stop. Please I'm begging you please just pay attention to him. I get that you guys have tons to do and that this game is challenging to balance. I also understand that not everyone is going to be happy but to have such a cool champ just slowly die all over again is so sad. Please I would do anything to have a Luc rework. Its time. Make him worth looking at. If a balanced Lucian can't be obtained with Item's then It might be time to look at his kit.
