Fighters shouldn't have to build Resolve to be relevant

They are using Resolve to be relevant against Tanks. You basically cannot kill a tank as any fighter early game. People just have to become one too so they can actually have a fun time.

Honestly I think adding a whole new part to the Runes would be better. Currently there's Precision for Marksmen, Sorcery for Mages and Supports, Domination for Assassins, Resolve for Tanks and Inspiration is just really niche but it can be used decently on everyone. There's no real runes for Fighters unless that was the intent of the Inspiration tree, which it probably wasn't. If adding a whole new option to runes is too big of a change, just give a lower scale fervor of battle on the Precision or Domination Tree. I would also consider reworking PTA, Adcs really don't take it that often currently, most take Fleet Footwork or Lethal Tempo. PTA should be the Fighter rune, from what I understand it's the rune that was based off of fervor, so why not just make it more like fervor so that Fighters actually have something.
