I think it's time to nerf lucian.

So I just played a game in low gold. Janna/Draven versus Lucian/Morgana. The morgana was terrible and started e. Level 2 she took W. So she had no real damage but auto attacks.

I started W and then E as janna.

Lucian + Morgana auto attacks is apparently stronger than Janna + Draven with shields and lane priority. Think about that for a second. Lucian's combo can out damage spinning axes, janna shield, janna slow + airy, and some minions.

Why is this shit not nerfed yet? He's been buffed like 20 times in season 8. It's actually stupid as fuck.
