Queue dodge during promotional series

I think, personally there should be one built in, just one. Here's an example why: i got matched into a queue and this guy types "trying ap shaco fwi" which A: its not ok to "try" things in a ranked game, and B: Ap shaco has fallen out of the meta with nerfs to his ap ratios and therefore is a subpar pick. not saying that it cant be played succsesfully, but its alot harder than playing a meta champion.

now i was ok with this, but our adc was not, and banned shaco, even though the jungler had put it as his perferred pick, this was extremely rude but semi understandable, now at this point i wouldve accepted a little flame in chat from the shaco, because of what our adc did, but instead of after flaming, getting it back together and trying to win, he picks the adc's preferred pick swears at her and proceedes to attempt to go mf jungle

Why? if your champ has been banned, accidentally or purposefully, why would you throw a fit, and the game. instead of buckling down pickign a new champ and resolving to report them in the engame screen after they've played the game out, win or lose.
