Summoner Spell Swap

Please Riot, I'm begging you, allow all players to swap their summoner spell choices within the first 15 seconds of the start of a game (expiring then or when the player leaves fountain, whichever happens sooner). I've just lost a game where I accidentally forgot to choose smite as a jungler.
