Custom bots?

Not sure how to get custom games against bots... What I'm trying to accomplish is kiting. I'm not good at it and I want to practice without other players there to... Idk, mess it up by killing them? Not sure what I'm trying to say there. ANYWAY, can I do custom bots somehow? I can't find it.
