Is there anyone who got demoted from gold 5 to silver 1 or silver 5 to brzone 1?
Do you guys get a warning message before you get demoted from gold 5 to silver 1 or silver 5 to bronze 1?

I haven't been, but if you google it you'll see that there should be one when you're close to demoting (I think it's yellow?) and then it turns red when you're ~1 game away from it. Your MMR needs to be like a full tier lower though. (so G5 to S1 would need you to have B1 ish MMR I think?)
You need to lose so many games that you start facing people an entire divison below and still be losing more than you win. G5 losing to S5's and B1's for example. It's incredibly unlikely if you were't legit boosted by someone playing on your account for you.
