Unequal premades in DQ

I don't like to QQ, and I'm even fine with most of the DQ setups even though it's not always that great, but what I don't get is why I got into a game where my team has a 2 x 2 duo and me solo where the enemy team has a 3 man premade and 2 solo players.

How is this balanced in any way? Let me go over the game. My 2 x 2 duos stick together, but don't communicate with the other duo or with me. The enemy manages to pick some people off with roaming even when properly pinged, so they get ahead. Now they can dive me and I'm not getting any support because the duos only protect eachother leaving me for dead. I can't even ward, every inch I try to move on the map spells certain death for me, so maybe I should build a tent under my turret, but hey guess what this doesn't work because they can now dive me under my turret as well. I try staying back as far as possible but I'm 1/7 and 5 levels behind to their toplane. I'm completely useless and there is no way I can get back in the game. Staying as far back as possible is just as useful as being afk, but moving an inch forward makes me prone to all inns from the enemy. Now my team starts blaming everything on me and I'm the retard etc.. there is nu use in reporting them because they won't get enough reports anyway... Summing all of this up, how can this be fair? What can I even do in this situation? Tell me please, what can I do?
