We need a "time-out corner" for this game

Say/do these and you get put into the time-out corner. Because apparentally only 2-year olds who dont know human decency play this game.

"nub"- 1 minute time-out "dumb bronzies"- 2 minute time-out Play a champion in a stupid role for them "cause x did it and won in his last stream"- get politely escorted from the game "Its normals bruh"- 2 minutes time-out "madcuzbad"- 4 minute time-out Trying to solo baron as an ADC- 10 minute time-out "kys"- 15 minute time-out

Now we just need a way to implement this without hurting the outcome of games.
