New Ranked System

New ranked system discourages team play. I was in the third game of my promotions, went through all of pick phase intending to go mid. Get into game and Top lane yasuo asked to switch because yasuo versus taliyah is a better matchup than yasuo versus riven. I agreed to trade because it is what was best for the team. We ended up winning the game but when we get to the scoreboard.... I get 51 LP for top lane. This greatly discourages doing what is best for the team and gives the team the best chances of winning. Now I have to play another promotion game, and my team is first time top Yorick, first time jungle Kayle, and extremely toxic from champ select. Needless to say, I lost my game and now lost my promos thanks to this r%%%%%ed system. Riot you have to do something to fix this!
