@Meddlar Can we have more "state of champion" posts?

I really enjoy reading posts by Rioters talking about their thoughts on the current state of champions, what they feel is good about the champion, what is problematic, what they'd like to change, and so on.

A lot of the time, it can feel like changes take a very long time to happen, and often we only hear about them when the champion is under active development or about to head to the PBE. Posts like these help to show that Riot are aware of issues with champions, even if they don't currently have plans (or time) to fix those issues in the immediate future.

I'm not just talking about recently-reworked champions, but about others too. A quick skim of the boards will often turn up a lot of threads talking about a small number of champions, often complaining about their mechanics or balance (under- or over-powered, overloaded or clunky, etc.) It would be nice to see some quick thoughts on the state of those champions from Rioters, to either assure people that the issues are known and will be worked on eventually, or at least to give people something concrete to argue for/against.
