So what's up with Syndra?

Now as a low silver player, I don't have much experience with Syndra. I've never played her but she seems like a freelo champion like Fizz. Something I never got, was the fact she can miss 3 q's, her w and her e when fighting, but still have the damage to kill someone with her R. I can see why a skill-shot champion needs some guaranteed damage, but don't you think it shouldn't be the ult? I feel like she is a god at 1v1's against anyone who isn't an AD assassin or juggernaut, and she feels like she lacks counter-play.

However, looking from Syndra's prospective, 1v1's are really the only thing you can do, since you can only 1 shot 1 person. I think it would be better for Syndra if she had some sort of Vel'Koz passive to her ult. I feel like she needs to be able to hit abilities to do damage with her ult. I don't agree with the philosophy where Syndra can literally spawn in ~300 damage for her ult every ~3 seconds.

Wait, what's this? http://prntscr.com/fh2ugs

A 540 + 180 (per extra sphere) base damage? On her guaranteed damage? seems a bit excessive. and that's without AP ratio, hell riot jsut remove the ap ratio with this base damage xd

But seriously Syndra needs to be more interesting to play as and more fun reasonable to play against.

Ps, if anyone has a build based around fighting syndra as TF i'd love the input,

P.s.s riot update ur vidoes xd http://prntscr.com/fh2yp8

In lane phase If she has lots of balls out its time to back off a bit, she either has to spam ability's on wave and lose some MP pool to keep them out, or let them fade out and try to ramp them up again later. As Tf I would be farming at range and waiting for opportunity's to roam and snowball my teammates lanes, or for jungle to be near, the Hard CC from Gold card should give them a window for kill but I think roam is the safer bet. Use Q to keep her at distance. Try to move diagonally and not in a line away from her, you might take longer to get out of her range but if she lands the stun your taking damage and being still being delayed as well.

so first off, your wrong, she isn't meant only for one v ones.

Her Stun makes her amazing at creating picks for her teamates in team fights or roaming through the jungle.

Her quick cooldowns make her a great team fight mage brawler for she can just keep throwing out Qs which will do two hundred to three hundred damage a orb, dependant on how fed you are.

So yeah, shes more than just a one v one god, which is where one of her problems are.

She does to much, and is good at all of it. As for her ult doing to much damage? it honestly does, I once had a jinx on my team dodge syndras every skill shot, she had 70 percent health, and than syndra just said "fuck it" ults her, and boom my jinx is no more.

My jinx out played her, she dodges everything, but it didn't mater because "guarentee death beam".

People will go "but veigar does the same thing!" here is the deal, Veigar is easier to beat in lane, and easier to avoid.
