Why does Lee Sin get to be the most powerful jungler? And anyone else approaching him gets nerfed?

When Lee Sin can jump to a ward, and shoot an energy ball at you then jump to you again and nearly kill you that instant. But he's not OP? What are you people smoking?

All of these champions are on about the same level as Lee if not better.

Though I do have to agree with you. RIOT leaves not only some Junglers to stay OP while nerfing the others, but also leaves other champions to remain OP while nerfing others to the ground.
