Galio Marks?

For I run scaling armor seals/quints, with flat armor marks/glyphs.

Decided to give a magic resist page with scaling magic resist quints and glyphs, scaling armor runes, should my marks be mag pen?

Update: I decided to run flat armor marks. That way this page can double as a malphite/rammus page against a AP favored team.
