Rune Reform Idea...

So with the T3 sale (Thanks riot!) I was thinking, what if you only had to buy a rune once to fill all the slots? Most rune pages only use one type of rune in all the slots anyway, so what if they just made it so runes were 5-6x more expensive than they are now, but you could have as many as you want? It would be an overall price reduction and might make it feel less tedious. Even if they didn't reduce the price and grouped it proportionately, I think it would improve the feel overall.
