Game almost gave me heart attack

So I was playing a lucian game the other day and I was very mad at my blitzcrank so I was typing a lot of stuff and I was so pissed cause he wouldn't hook anyone, this is the most I ever been pissed then all of a sudden I can feel and hear my heart racing like it was hurting and beating so fast I though I was gonna have a heart attack so I went afk and went to lay down and my whole team reported me. Whole point of this was to explain how this game is gonna kill me soon because of the players that I get put with.
