Fix Sona. Fix the matchmaking system.

I went up ageist mid I was Xearth and she had a Varus with her and level one she took out half of my health. Later she could 1 to 2 shot anyone. And she was gold IV and I'm only lv 20!

So fix Sona and fix the matchmaking system. It is not fair to the other players that he/she are going up ageist. I know the "duo" thing and that there is a low lv player in that game but when the gold player is a broken champ and is going up ageist people who aren't even lv 30. How it should work is the low lv player should

1: Not be able to be in a party with a ranked layer.

or 2: (if deo'ing) Should only be paired up with ranked people.
