Wukong needs a rework

Honestly this champion feels really outdated and has a really odd fit into the current modernization of League. I think a full rework centered around a cool monkey with a bo staff that can trick you with a decoy is cool, but he honestly needs some changes. Very meh kit, very old kit, could use some modernizing.
