Is shyvana back as a top teir jg.

So the new runes dropped yesterday and I e found out how big of an impact counterjungling has on the enemy team. You can basically delete their jg from the game and essentially turn the game into a 4v5. Especially if said jg is feast or famine and can't counterjungle back. Shyvana is probably one of the best counterjunglers. She has a fast clear and amazing dueling potential. That's not saying she can outduel anyone but still pretty strong. She has multiple rune paths like everyone said the obvious one is lethal tempo and electecute and glacial augmentation all work pretty good as well. For now until I know what's better, I'll just with lethal tempo. Just by healing in fights, she can get tenacity but the as can also work. Triumph is a no brainer. Since she's tanky, I use last stand. Also if that jungler can't duel shyvana and they die to her, theres basically no coming back. For jarvin and xin zhao who are probably still top picks, they struggle against her invading. Xin zhao can beat her 1v1 but that doesn't mean she won't steal camps. Anyways is shyvana back on top
