Champion Raanked Free Period

Just a little thought I had, we all know what its like to have a new champion come out, feels great, cool new moves to learn, blah, blah, blah... but the worst part about it is ranked. players are first time playing this champ in ranked and end up feeding, it also doesn't help that when people pick a new champ on the other team, I have no idea what to counter. that is why I propose a week ranked ban for new champions, this could be a period where players get to learn to play and against the new champ.
