How to fix Tank Yasuo

  1. Make his passive do 10% reduced basic attack damage instead of 10% reduced crit damage. Crit build remains unchanged once it hits 100% but nerfs non-crit build Yasuo. (Buff his starting base ad ratio, if you feel like he needs compensation for weaker early) 2)Make his steel tempest be considered a "ranged attack" for the weaker effect of fervor (1 stack instead of 2) and frozen mallet (30% slow instead of 40%). Edit: Later realized this change will also effect grasp of the undying ,warlords bloodlust, and RAGE passive on Phage. More Edits: Steel Tempest will stay the same with 25% reduced crit damage.

Melee Kalista passive would not work because he doesn't have anything else within his passive to make up for the lost damage. His winrates will probably drop like Kalista's, just saying :/

I think this would make him too weak early, 10% is a lot of dmg- too much
