Problem is when Lux "supports" build all damage. Technically anyone with cc can "support" if they build to SUPPORT.
Lux can do alright with Jhin.
Lux support hinges on her ability to land Q.
She has shield, slow, and root. That's plenty of cc to be a valid support. I don't see the problem.
