Disconnect and Season 6

I imagine this post will get buried under the mountain of Season 6 Premade complaints, but a potential issue that needs to be looked at for season 6 is disconnects and punishments. What I mean by this is if I get an AFK in my ranked game, I'm punished for their actions. If someone feeds bot and my Toplane AFK's, that's that. Sure I can try my hardest and attempt to carry the 4v5, but 95% of the time I lose the game. This problem is encountered across all ELO's and all regions. If there was a system that punished the AFK'er and gave the other 9 individuals in that game a pass, I would imagine the impact would be quite positive. Of course there are other criteria that would need to be met, such as time spent AFK or a voting system. The possibilities are quite diverse!

DISCLAIMER: I know nothing of the inner workings of Riot games and if this is even technically possible. Maybe with the new client we will see something along these lines. Thank you for taking the time to read this. -Autumn
