How do i escape bronze?

When i started ranked i was placed in Silver V and eventually dropped to B2 and wondered how i could drop so fast.I then got into promos for B1 and everybody trolled 2nd game twitch up and third leona top who went afk.I'm wondering whether i can escape or would i have to tart and new account and try again.Wondering if anyone know how i can escape and what champ are particularly good.Feel free to check my OP.GG for stats.[zombie-brand-clap]
