Could Lulu/Sona/Karma/Nami get a Juggernaut-esque update?

I always can't help but feel like these four champions fill almost the exact same space in the support role. To the the point where if one of them is overall stronger than the others then the other three are outclassed.

They're all too 'general'. Nami might be a bit better at engagements and Lulu may be better at peeling/protecting one guy on your team. But otherwise have the same role -- pokey/harass oriented laners who have neat utility. Of course, none are in the meta at the moment, but may also point to none of them having a definitive niche.

I honestly feel they could have their strengths amplified at the cost of other things to separate them more. Similar to the juggernaut update in the latest patch. Perhaps give each of them a cool new mechanic. For example, Karma affecting the terrain/objectives based on where she decides to Mantra. Perhaps she could double cast mantra in order to 'Bless' an area of the map permanently, giving her team buffs. Or maybe Nami's abilities are amplified in the river etc...
