Reminder that there are no flat mana mr items. Easy fix available

can we please help dust off these nearly extinct runes. simply give mana Glyphs bonus mana so long as you do not exceed 500 bonus mana from other sources.

I don't remember the last time i saw anyone equip mana glyphs except maybe on or , (which this buff wouldn't be abused by mana stacking champions)

this would be especially handy since meditation scales off your maximum mana instead of mana regen.
