problem with my macbook

[](http://Screen Shot 2018-12-14 at 6.04.37 PM)I was having such a problem, that I opened the game as usual, everything was fine until I got into the game, and it did not let me into the game loading screen, while outside it still said I'm in the match. I tried reinstalling the game but still did not change. Please help me, thank you. [sg-soraka]
