Playing with Friends

So I'm Plat 2 on my account and I have friends that I wanna play with (mostly bronze to gold 5) and I find it hard to have a fun time with my friends because they will always get destroyed by the people I play with because I bring people that have better skills then them. Sure they have some low elo on their team but if I queue up with like 4 bronze on my team, it just makes the enemy have like 5 golds or silver 2-1 that would easily destroy my friends. I really wish I could enjoy playing with my lower elo friends without having to see them lose everytime in lane phase or just the game in regular because I usually have to single handily carry the games. I also don't wanna play on my smurf account because of general purposes like not having all the stuff like my main account. :c
