What is wrong with the placement algorithm?

So, I get that i am low elo. No problems excepting that I need (and want) to get better but when I am playing against silvers all placement games, win 8 of 10 games then get put in bronze 3 because.... ? its gonna piss a guy off. Placements are exciting for some people, especially when stuck in bronze. We see it as an opportunity where people don't just afk because someone asked for more wards, we don't see karma taking smite and claim she holds the power of Thor. It's not just the lower elo either; Diamonds getting gold, golds getting bronze...

Maybe some one can share the equation so that some of us can figure out how to skip getting placed in the afk every game/lets play Lux jungle/Teemo decided to be a ward/Trundle instalock but only to sit by enemy raptors and claim they are his minions from Oz. Otherwise I'm forced to play these games, get pissed off at your game, give up ranked and play normals with the people in low gold high silver and hope that maybe next season you can realize that you have a flaw in the system because I refuse to hope and pray that I get just enough games in a row without Warwick chasing Thresh whilst barking/ Star Guardian Lux buying BOTRK because "ITS SO PURPLE"/Blitz buying as many wards as they can, "decorate" mid lane and backing to buy more "decorations"/"1v1" baron because it eyed them funny/etc.

For the readers knowledge, this took an hour to write (editing myself) whilst I held back all the wraths of Hell in hopes Rito will pay some semblance of attention to the problem and hopelessness and desperation they have created for all of us wishing for a chance out of the elo they have proven themselves out of already. To all of you dreading the onslaught of afk from 00:00/Mordekaiser top lanes/MF or Kindred supports, GL and HF. (Give up because we are gonna Lose and Hope you don't throw your computer through the Friggin wall)
