What I think you guys should do with Mordekaiser

So... Mordekaiser sucks. He can do a lot of damage, but for a huge iron thing it's pretty stupid that he has no CC.

So what I think you guys need to do to him is change his Q a bit. Lower its damage but make it so the third hit stuns the enemy or something like that.
