Nerf Vlad

Akali gets nerfed for being "unfun" to play against and people complaining so much, despite having a low winrate in solo queue, but vlad still exists. Akali at least took skill (to get fed at least), and she had a lot of cool interactions. Vlad is just get 25% free cdr from runes, build full damage, make it to lvl 10 and win game. The fact that he can 1 shot the whole enemy team, or even just the carry, while being immune from damage in his W is beyond broken. You cant stop it and you cant stop him. He pressed R E W, and soon you will take the most insane amount of damage while he's untouchable, and un-CC-able.

He's also been consistently picked in pro play for the last couple of years, and has had a positive win rate.
