Are We Looking at Regen Stacking?
Recently, players in all lanes have begun stacking regen items and runes for a “super-sustain” build that lets them trade, heal the resulting damage, and repeat until their opponents are too damaged and drained to fight back.
The build begins with runes, starting with Grasp of the Undying for health regeneration, Bone Plating to shrug off poke, and Second Wind to restore health when damaged. It continues into the Inspiration tree, where Biscuit Delivery is taken for health and mana alongside Timewarp Tonic, which extends potion duration.
This extension becomes important when the game starts, since the build also involves starting Corrupting Potion, each charge of which is thereby lengthened. This extension is enhanced with the purchase of a Dark Seal, which increases the healing from potions. Both of these effects also apply to the Biscuits. When combined with the regeneration from the Resolve runes taken earlier, these effects enable a “super-sustain,” which can absorb poke, restore mana, and even improve trading with Touch of Corruption.
This build works on many champions, as shown in this Blitz Esports video.

We should monitor this new build because it seems outright better than the current ones for many champions, crowding out their rune and item choices, while also degenerating laning to a stat-check between the player using the build and the one not.
