Having Technical issues with the Game

So I'm having a few technical issues with League. For some reason I can't open the item shop when i click on it, I also cant move the box in the mini map to show me a different area and every time I try the alert pings a small window with 4 options comes up. I've tried everything, Ive changed my setting restored to default, and try deleting the suggested folders. What should i DO please help and thank you.
