Twitch Buffs - My Opinion

This is what I think should be done for Twitch to fix his troubles.

• Set Ulti duration to scale in seconds (It should not be static if this is his main tool)
• His ulti no longer gives attack damage, but it ignores some armor.
• NEW passive: Twitch's basic attacks apply venomous arrows to deal physical damage equal to 1/2/3/4% (Scaling with ulti rank) of their missing health. (Stacking up to 3 times)
• Using E will now reset the passive counter (This will separate the good Twitch players from the great Twitch players)

Basically these changes give him the late game threat he wants to be, and it makes his passive scale much better and he can do more damage to tanks.
