Flex Que is so incredibly unbalanced

Its crazy that im in gold 4 elo of flex and im constantly placed against plat-master players every single game. Not only that but i will have like 3 silver players and it's just a complete one sided stomp. It's not fun and def not fair. Why can solo que not be tied into your flex rank so you don't have these horrible feeling one sided games. I don't think a silver or gold player should ever have to play against a diamond or higher player in ANY que.
