Instead of changing the mana of mages, completely revert Manaflow Band or remove it altogether.

It's one of the main reasons why there's so much mana available right now. It's not that mages have too much mana, but there's too much mana regen. Manaflow band is easy to max out on most mages, and it has a far higher impact now than before it got reworked. If you want mages to be managing mana, the current state of Manaflow band needs to go, and the mana refund on Tear of the Goddess needs to be nerfed or removed.
