Blind pick in lower elo.

I ahte this. Everytime i want to play a normal game on EUNE, i have to play blind pick. I hate it in lower elo, because of the instalockers, chat spammers, and people like this. I write top, as my main lane, and i see a locked in Illaoi, and im going fill. I hate that im so easy to win a word fight against. So most of the time, when i dont play with my good friend who plays support, im playing support. I want to bring back Draft pick normals on low elo. Thanks for reading, and maybe my wish comes true.
